- We will continue to be accountable for our time, tracking hours worked and reporting our work accurately and fairly. We do not overcharge or underdeliver based on the use of AI.
- We respect the intellectual property rights of the creators and providers of AI tools and services, and we only use AI tools and services that are legally and ethically sound.
- We protect the privacy and security of our data and our clients' data, and we only use AI tools and services that have adequate safeguards and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- We acknowledge the limitations and biases of AI, and we do not rely on it blindly or uncritically. We always quality check the deliverables provided by AI, and we are prepared to correct, explain, or justify any errors or discrepancies.
- We are transparent and honest about our use of AI, and we communicate clearly with our clients, partners, and stakeholders about how and why we use AI in our work.
- We are curious and innovative, and we explore and experiment with new AI tools and services that are relevant and beneficial for our work. However, we only use approved AI tools and services for our final work products.
These principles apply to our entire team, regardless of role or responsibility. Our policy also includes a list of approved AI systems that we use for our work, which we update regularly based on our evaluation and feedback. Current and prospective clients are welcome to review our policy, our list of tools and discuss our use of AI systems further. We are committed to using AI in a way that respects our values, our clients, and our profession.
