We did! The key to this partnership from the outset was trust. RMS knows their strengths, and lucky for us, they know ours too. They excelled at disability case management and claims processes, but don’t pretend to be technological whizzes – their complete trust in Flywheel and our willingness to take the time to get to know their client’s needs brought the two companies’ shared vision to life flawlessly. Leveraging our Salesforce expertise and the use of the Talend platform which combines data integration, data quality, and data governance in a single solution, we optimized RMS’ client’s existing system and reengineered it to create a complex automated system to streamline and house all critical and confidential employee data, from compensation, claim types and leave records/usage, to return-to-work, status updates, PPE requirements, and administrative functionalities, such as reinstating key card access upon returning to work. And we didn’t jump ship once their new system was live. To maximize the value of their new integration and ensure comfort in adapting to the transition, we provided hands-on support and training for all parties involved, identifying any gaps or issues along the way and working quickly as a team to fix them.
